Company accounts

A broker company account may have an owner, managers and staff. Company data, listings and enquiries are isolated to that company.

Authority

You confirm you have a valid mandate or authority for every yacht you list, and you will remove listings when that authority ends.

Representation

You must not describe yourself as acting for YachtNexa, and you must not present YachtNexa verification as a guarantee of a yacht or transaction.

Compliance

You are responsible for complying with brokerage, consumer, advertising, anti-money-laundering and tax obligations applicable to your business.
