Complaints about YachtNexa

Contact the support address in the Legal Contact section with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to keep you updated while we review them.

Disputes between users

Disputes about a yacht, its condition, a payment or an agreement are between the parties involved. YachtNexa is not a party to those agreements and cannot adjudicate them, award refunds or release funds.

We can, where appropriate:

• Review listings and account behaviour against our policies
• Remove content that breaches the Listing Rules or Acceptable Use Policy
• Restrict or suspend accounts

Reporting fraud

Suspected fraud should be reported to the safety address and to your local authorities.
