Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YachtNexa is not liable for:

• The acts, omissions, statements or solvency of any buyer, seller, broker or service provider
• The condition, specification, title, registration or legality of any yacht
• Any agreement, payment, deposit or loss arising from a transaction between users
• Indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity or data

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
