Listing Rules

Required

• One listing per yacht, published by a person entitled to advertise it
• Accurate brand, model, year, length, condition, location and price basis
• Genuine photographs of the actual yacht

Not allowed

• Duplicate, fake, test or placeholder listings
• Yachts that are not available for sale
• Misleading pricing, hidden fees or bait pricing
• Stock or stolen images presented as the yacht itself
• Contact details or links intended to move users off-platform for fraudulent purposes
• Unlawful content or yachts that may not lawfully be sold

Enforcement

YachtNexa may edit metadata, request documentation, unpublish or remove listings, and restrict repeat offenders.
