Marketplace Terms

YachtNexa provides an online marketplace that enables independent buyers, sellers, brokers and marine service providers to connect. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, YachtNexa is not a party to the underlying yacht sale or service agreement.

Role of YachtNexa

YachtNexa is not the seller or owner of the yachts listed, is not the broker in a transaction unless expressly stated for a specific service, and does not act as a guarantor, escrow provider or payment intermediary for yacht purchases.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for verifying the yacht, its condition, specification, ownership, registration and any encumbrances, and for their own legal, tax and financial advice.

Seller and broker responsibilities

Sellers and brokers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they publish, for holding the right to offer the yacht, and for complying with the laws applicable to them.

Communication

Users should keep negotiations traceable and should not be pressured into moving to channels that cannot be evidenced later.
