Right to sell

You confirm that you own the yacht or are authorised by the owner to advertise it for sale.

Accuracy

Listing details, photographs, specification, condition and price must be accurate and kept current. Sold or withdrawn yachts must be updated promptly.

Documentation

YachtNexa may ask for supporting documentation, such as proof of ownership or registration, before publishing or keeping a listing live.

Enquiries

You are responsible for responding to enquiries and for the accuracy of statements you make to buyers.

Removal

Listings that are misleading, duplicated, unlawful or unresponsive may be removed.
