These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the YachtNexa website and services.

1. The YachtNexa marketplace

YachtNexa provides an online marketplace that enables independent buyers, sellers, brokers and marine service providers to connect. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, YachtNexa is not a party to the underlying yacht sale or service agreement.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be restricted or closed where these terms, the Listing Rules or the Acceptable Use Policy are breached.

3. Content you provide

You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant YachtNexa a licence to host and display it in order to operate and promote the marketplace. You confirm you have the right to publish everything you submit.

4. Transactions between users

Any sale, charter, service or other agreement is concluded directly between the users involved. Pricing, negotiation, documentation, payment, delivery, taxes, duties and registration are matters for those parties and their own professional advisers.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, fees and these terms may change; material changes will be published with a new version and effective date on this page.

6. Termination

You may stop using YachtNexa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law or where use of the platform creates risk for other users.

7. Governing terms

These terms operate together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Marketplace Terms, Listing Rules, Acceptable Use Policy, Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability published in the YachtNexa Legal Center.
